Privacy policy: Informative report under the (italian) privacy law


Audioprogetti.it, under the italian law (D.lgs. 30th June 2003), n.196, informs its own customers that the personal data which they had provided at the moment of the signing of the purchase order or of the filling of the invoice are not included in customers’consent, since they are collected and held solely in accordance with both Italian and community law and regulations concerning tax duties.

Furthermore customers’ personal data are employed only in order to permit the proper achievement of the purchase contract duties, whose the customer is the interested party or/and to obtain the needed contractual informative reports, which are always and exclusively put into effect/operation at the request of our customers.
